Fishing is one of the most enjoyable activities to do. What adds to the fun is to be able to catch a large number of fish, to help you achieve that goal, you can use a Fish Finder. A fish finder is a device used to locate fish underwater by detecting reflected pulses of sound energy. There are hundreds of fish finders out on the market today that can help you detect fish, but the question is which fish finder suits to your needs?

If you are in the market for a fish finder for your fishing activity then you will want to consider one of the top brands of fish finder on China, Lucky Fish Finder. Lucky fish finder has multiple model types under its umbrella; let me give you a viewpoint on the different features each model has to offer.

Type of water

What’s amazing about this product is that it can detect both fish location and depth in fresh water, salt water, ocean, river or lake. So fishing is not limited to one body of water only, you may fish where your heart desires.

What can you see under water?

Lucky Fish Finder displays live update of the water bottom contour; it’s like you are seeing the actual surroundings under the water with your own eyes.  Things you will see are grasses, sands and rocks on the seabed and many more.

Sensor

Lucky Fish Finder offers 2 types of Transducer. One that is Wired and one that is Wireless.  Wired Transducer comes with 46mm diameter Round transducer sensor and a cable that you can directly connect to the main unit. Wireless sensor is a yellow colored sensor that floats on water and has a fully waterproof design. It sends signal to the main unit to detect the fish location and live updates under the water.  Also you don't have to worry that the water may enter the sensor because it is secured by an O-Ring Gasket, only make sure that it is position correctly. Another perks of having a wireless sensor is that it's replaceable; you can buy a spare one in case the one that you have got damage.

Temperature

Having a temperature gauge on fish finder is extremely important for fishing. Each fish has a different range of water temperature in which it can survive. Although fish cannot always find the exact temperature they prefer, they are usually found in water close to that temperature.

By knowing the water temperature, you can roughly predict the best time to fish, and which fish will be in a particular part of a lake at a particular time. Water Temperature measurement displayed in either °C or °F on the main unit.

Display

The series of Lucky fish finder has High resolution gray scale screen display and the size of the screen varies. Gray scale technology offers even more detail by showing the sonar image in multiple shades of gray; this makes it easy to clearly distinguish bottom type, structure and fish.  Currently Lucky has released a new model of fish finder in the market with Colored Display Screen. I think this is a good move since a lot of people are aiming for an advanced way of seeing fish, the clearer the view the better!
